Refund Policy

This Policy describes the terms for refunds of paid services on Baron.

1. Baron Pulse Subscription

Cancellation

You can cancel your Baron Pulse subscription at any time in your account settings.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Auto-renewal will be disabled.

Refunds

Subscription refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Within 3 days of first payment, if you haven't used subscription benefits.
  • Technical issues on our side preventing subscription use.
  • Double charge.

To request a refund, contact support with the reason and payment details.

No Refund Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • More than 3 days since payment.
  • You actively used subscription benefits (search boost, custom badge).
  • Subscription was purchased on sale or with a discount.

2. TimeCoins

TimeCoins (TC) are the platform's internal units and have no monetary value.

TimeCoins cannot be exchanged for money or refunded.

When you delete your account, all accumulated TimeCoins are forfeited without compensation.

3. Session Cancellations

Cancellation more than 24 hours ahead

When a session is cancelled more than 24 hours before start, TimeCoins are fully refunded to the student.

Cancellation less than 24 hours ahead

When a student cancels less than 24 hours before the session, 1 TC goes to the teacher as compensation.

Baron Pulse subscribers get 1 free late cancellation per month.

Teacher cancellation

If the teacher cancels, TimeCoins are refunded to the student regardless of timing.

4. Verification

Identity verification is a one-time purchase.

No refunds are available for verification after the process is completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email support@getbaron.app with subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email or phone linked to your account.
  3. Describe the reason and attach payment confirmation.
  4. Wait for a response within 3 business days.

We review each request individually and make decisions according to this Policy.

6. Refund Timeline

Refund decisions are made within 5 business days of receiving the request.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
