Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Baron (the "Platform"), operated by Baron (Tax ID: , Reg. No.: ).

By registering on the Platform or using its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

The following terms are used in this agreement:

• "Platform" — the Baron web service and Telegram Mini App.
• "User" — an individual registered on the Platform.
• "TimeCoin" (TC) — the Platform's internal unit used to track skill exchanges between Users.
• "Session" — an online meeting between two Users for the purpose of knowledge and skill transfer.
• "Baron Pulse subscription" — a paid service providing additional features on the Platform.

2. Subject Matter

The Platform provides Users access to a service for exchanging knowledge and skills with others.

The Platform is a marketplace connecting Users. The operator is not a party to relationships between Users and is not responsible for the quality, content, or outcomes of sessions.

Basic Platform features are provided free of charge. Additional features are available through Baron Pulse subscription.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Platform, you must create an account. Registration is done through Telegram with phone number verification.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

The operator may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

4. TimeCoins and Payments

TimeCoins (TC) are the Platform's internal units. 1 TC equals 1 hour of learning.

Users earn TC by conducting sessions for other Users. New Users receive a welcome bonus of 3 TC upon registration.

Users spend TC when booking sessions with other Users.

TimeCoins are not currency, cannot be exchanged for money, and are non-refundable.

5. Baron Pulse Subscription

Baron Pulse is a paid subscription offering additional features: increased search visibility, custom badge, advanced statistics, and other benefits.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Payment is charged to the saved payment method.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds for subscriptions are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Session Rules

Sessions are conducted online via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.). The User booking the session provides the meeting link.

Users determine the content and format of sessions themselves. The Platform does not control the quality of services provided.

Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session — no penalty, TC is refunded to the booking User.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session by the booking User — 1 TC goes to the teacher as compensation.

7. Rights and Obligations

Users have the right to:

• Use Platform features in accordance with these Terms.
• Create and edit their profile, add skills and availability.
• Book and conduct sessions with other Users.
• Cancel subscription and delete their account.

Users agree to:

• Comply with these Terms.
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Treat other Users with respect.
• Not share account credentials with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

The operator is not responsible for the content, quality, or outcomes of sessions between Users.

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted Platform operation and is not liable for technical failures.

The operator's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for paid services.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including design, logos, code, and content, belong to the operator or its licensors.

Users retain rights to content they post on the Platform but grant the operator a non-exclusive license to use it for Platform operation.

10. Changes to Terms

The operator may modify these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not resolved, in the appropriate court.
